White Label Content Writing for Agencies

BX writes articles, website pages and guides for your agency's clients, delivered unbranded so you can present them as your own. You keep the client relationship, the pricing and the margin.

Who this is for

  • SEO and digital agencies selling content that do not have enough writers to keep up
  • Web design studios that need website content writing for every new build
  • Agencies adding white label content marketing to an existing SEO or social offer
  • Freelance consultants who win more content work than they can write themselves
  • Agencies in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Singapore that want writers working in their spelling and style guide

Problems we solve

  • ✕Client content backlogs that grow every month because the in-house writer is at capacity
  • ✕Freelancers who disappear before a deadline or change quality from one order to the next
  • ✕Drafts that need so much editing your team could have written them
  • ✕No capacity to say yes to a new content client without hiring first
  • ✕Writers who contact your clients directly, or list them in a public portfolio
  • ✕No written process for revisions, so feedback loops drag on and margins shrink

What is included

Unbranded delivery

Drafts arrive in your Google Docs, your templates or your CMS, with no BX name, links or metadata. We do not contact your clients unless you ask us to.

Briefs from your keywords or ours

Use your own content briefs, or have our strategists build them from keyword research and a review of what already ranks.

Blog posts and articles

SEO articles with headings, internal link suggestions, sources and a meta title and description.

Website and landing page copy

Service, location and landing pages for your web design and SEO clients.

Guides, case studies and newsletters

Long-form pieces and email newsletters as part of a wider white label content marketing package.

Editing and quality checks

Every piece is edited for accuracy, structure, voice and plagiarism before delivery, and checked against the client's style notes.

Content plans for your clients

On request, our strategists build a quarterly topic plan per client from keyword research, which you present as your own recommendation.

What you get from it

1

Sell more content without hiring

Your capacity grows with your client list, and your writing cost moves with what you sell.

2

Your brand only

Clients see your agency's name on every document. We sign a confidentiality agreement on request.

3

A consistent team

The same writers and editor learn each client's voice, so quality does not reset with every order.

4

Writers in a useful time zone

Our Manila team works on UTC+8, so drafts can move forward while your office is closed.

5

Clear handover rules

Turnaround windows, revision limits and escalation contacts are agreed in writing before the first order, so both sides know what happens when a deadline moves.

How we work

1

Partner setup

We agree on scope, turnaround windows, templates, style guides, file handover and the contact rules for each client.

2

Client onboarding

You share each client's brief, audience, voice notes and examples. We build a one-page profile the writers use every time.

3

Writing and editing

Writers draft to the brief, then an editor checks facts, structure, keywords and voice before handover.

4

Delivery and revisions

You receive unbranded drafts, request changes in the document and approve. Two rounds of revisions are included per piece.

Pricing

White label content writing is quoted per scope, either per piece or as a monthly allowance across your clients. The quote depends on volume, length, research depth and industries. Your agency sets its own client prices. Start the conversation on the contact page.

Get a scoped quote

These are direct client engagements, not white label ones, and show the same writing team's work: service articles for a Singapore and Malaysia corporate services group and 17 builder guides for an Australian building materials supplier, each within a wider SEO program. White label partner work is confidential by design, so we share sample pieces privately on request.

Frequently asked questions

What is white label content writing?

White label content writing is when a writing team produces articles, pages or guides for an agency's clients, and the agency delivers them under its own brand. The client deals only with the agency.

Will my clients know you wrote the content?

Not from us. Files carry no BX branding, we do not contact your clients, and we can sign a confidentiality agreement.

Can you follow our existing briefs and style guide?

Yes. We work from your briefs and templates, or build briefs for you from keyword research.

How is white label content marketing different from white label content writing?

Writing covers the drafts. White label content marketing adds the topic plan, publishing, newsletter and social repurposing, and a monthly content report, all in your agency's name.

What industries do your writers cover?

Professional services, healthcare, law, real estate, education, ecommerce, SaaS and trades, among others. For regulated topics we expect the client's own review before publishing.

Do you use AI to write?

Writers may use AI tools for research, but every piece is written and edited by a person and fact-checked before delivery. If a client bans AI tools entirely, tell us and we will follow that.

Can you also handle the SEO?

Yes. Many agencies pair content with our SEO outsourcing service, which covers audits, on-page work and reporting under your brand.
