White Label Facebook Ads Management for Agencies
White label Facebook ads and Instagram ads, run by our Manila paid social team and presented by your agency. We plan, build, test and report on Meta campaigns. Your clients see your brand.
Who this is for
- SEO and web agencies whose clients want paid social but who have no media buyer
- Social media and content agencies that make the creative but do not want to run the ad accounts
- Agencies with a Meta lead gen offer for clinics, real estate, franchises or local services
- Growing agencies where one media buyer is now managing too many accounts
- Agencies in the US, UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand that want campaign changes made during their night
Problems we solve
- ✕Campaigns launched once and left alone, with the same ads running until performance fades
- ✕Pixel and Conversions API gaps that leave Meta optimizing for clicks rather than leads or sales
- ✕Leads land in a spreadsheet nobody checks, so cost per lead looks fine but sales do not follow
- ✕Ad account access tangled across personal profiles instead of business portfolios
- ✕Reports that show reach and clicks but not cost per qualified lead or return on ad spend
- ✕No capacity to test new offers and creative every month
What is included
Account and tracking setup
Review of the ad account, Pixel, Conversions API and events, so campaigns optimize for the action the client actually values.
Campaign structure and audiences
Prospecting, retargeting and lead campaigns built around the client's offer, markets and budget, with audience and placement choices documented.
Ad copy and creative testing
Primary text, headlines and offer angles written for each test and checked against Meta's Advertising Standards before launch. We work with your creative team's assets, or creative production can be scoped separately.
Lead form and handoff
Instant forms or landing page flows, with leads routed to the client's CRM, email or booking tool so response time can be measured.
Weekly optimization
Budget shifts, ad refreshes and audience changes made on a set cadence and recorded in a change log you can check.
Branded reporting
Monthly reports in your agency's format covering spend, leads, cost per lead, and sales or ROAS where the client's data allows.
What you get from it
Access done the Meta way
We work through Meta's business portfolio partner access, never shared passwords. The client or your agency keeps ownership of the ad account, Page and Pixel.
Your brand stays in front
We can work as people inside your agency's business portfolio, so your client only sees your agency as the partner. Reports and emails carry your name.
Offer testing every month
Each month has a planned test, such as a new offer, a new hook or a new audience, so accounts keep learning.
Spend stays with the client
We recommend the client's own payment method on the ad account, so Meta bills spend directly and management fees stay a separate line.
How we work
Scope call
You walk us through the client's offer, budget, markets and what counts as a good lead.
Access setup
Your client shares the ad account, Page and Pixel with your agency's business portfolio. You then either add our specialists as people with task access, or share the assets with our portfolio as a partner.
Audit and launch plan
We review past campaigns and tracking, then send a launch plan in your template for your approval.
Launch and test
Campaigns go live after your sign-off, and tests roll out on the agreed schedule.
Report and plan
You get the monthly report and next month's test plan to review before your client call.

Frequently asked questions
What is white label Facebook ads management?
It is when a specialist team plans and runs Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for an agency's clients, and the agency sells and reports the work under its own brand.
How do you get access to my client's ad account?
Through Meta Business Suite, where the old Business Manager accounts now appear as business portfolios. The client shares assets with your agency's business portfolio as a partner. Meta lets partners have full control or partial access to specific tasks, and a partner with full control still cannot share the asset with another business. So your agency either adds our team as people in your portfolio, or you share assets you own with our portfolio.
Will my client see BX in their Meta settings?
Only if assets are shared with our business portfolio directly. If our specialists work as people inside your agency's portfolio, the client's partner list shows your agency.
Do you create the ad creative?
We write ad copy and plan the tests. Design and video can come from your team, or we can scope creative production separately through our creative services.
Who pays for the ads?
We recommend the client pays Meta directly through the ad account's payment method. Management fees are billed separately by your agency.
Do you also run Google Ads white label?
Yes. See our white label PPC service for Google Ads and search campaigns.
