White Label Local SEO for Agencies

White label local SEO for agencies that serve clinics, trades, law firms, restaurants and multi-location brands. We handle Google Business Profiles, citations, review workflows and location pages. You present the work under your brand.

Who this is for

  • Agencies with a book of local service businesses: dentists, clinics, trades, lawyers, home services
  • Web design studios that launch local business sites and want a monthly local SEO line item
  • Agencies managing multi-location brands with 5, 20 or 100 Business Profiles
  • Local SEO resellers who need more delivery hands for Business Profile posting, citations and map tracking
  • Paid media agencies whose local clients want map visibility alongside their ads

Problems we solve

  • ✕Business Profiles sit half complete, with missing services, stale photos and no posts
  • ✕Name, address and phone details differ across directories, which weakens trust signals
  • ✕Reviews go unanswered, and nobody owns the reply workflow
  • ✕Location pages are thin copies of each other with the city name swapped
  • ✕Clients ask how they look on the map, and there is no grid or rank data to show them
  • ✕Profile access is scattered across old staff accounts, so edits stall for weeks

What is included

Google Business Profile optimization

Categories, services, products, attributes, hours, photos and descriptions completed and kept current, following Google's guidelines for representing a business.

Weekly profile posts

Offer, update and event posts written for each location, drafted in advance for your approval if the client wants to sign off.

Citation building and cleanup

Consistent business details across the main directories and industry sites for the client's country, plus fixes for duplicates and outdated listings.

Review reply workflow

Drafted replies to new reviews, with an escalation path for negative ones so your client decides how sensitive cases are handled.

Location and service area pages

Pages written for each city or suburb the client serves, with local detail, internal links to the profile and LocalBusiness structured data.

Map rank tracking and reporting

Grid-based map tracking for the client's core searches, plus profile calls, direction requests and website clicks, reported in your branding each month.

What you get from it

1

Built for many locations

The same checklist, templates and reporting run across every profile, so a 30-location client gets the same care as a single shop.

2

Access stays with the client

We work as a manager on each profile. Your client stays primary owner, and your agency can be an owner too, so nothing is locked to us.

3

Clear monthly output

Each report lists the posts published, citations fixed, reviews answered and pages shipped, next to the map and profile data.

4

Fits beside your other services

Local SEO works alongside the websites, ads or social content you already sell, and we can coordinate with your web team on page changes.

How we work

1

Location intake

You share the client's locations, services, service areas and current profile access. We check who owns each profile.

2

Baseline audit

We record profile completeness, citation accuracy, review counts and a starting map grid for the main searches, branded as your audit.

3

Fix and build

We complete profiles, clean citations and write the first location pages in the agreed order of priority.

4

Monthly cadence

Posts, review replies, new citations and page updates run each month from a shared task log.

5

Report and review

You receive the month's report for review before it goes to the client, with notes on what to push next.

Pricing

White label local SEO is quoted per scope, usually per location, based on the number of profiles, citation work and page volume. You set the client price. Send us the location list through our contact page for a quote. Our white label SEO pricing guide covers how agencies usually price per location.

Frequently asked questions

What is white label local SEO?

White label local SEO is local search work, such as Google Business Profile optimization, citations, reviews and location pages, performed by a partner and sold by an agency under its own brand.

How is a local SEO reseller different from a general SEO reseller?

A local SEO reseller focuses on map results and the local pack for businesses that serve a physical area. The work centers on Business Profiles, citations and reviews more than national content and links. Our SEO reseller program covers broader SEO.

Do you need owner access to my client's Business Profile?

No. Google lets owners add managers, and managers have mostly the same access as owners except adding or removing users. The client or your agency stays owner.

Can you handle profile verification?

We can guide your client through verification. Google decides which verification method a profile gets, and some methods need someone at the business to complete them. A business with 10 or more locations can request bulk verification, though Google notes it is not available to an agency account holding more than one business.

Which countries do you cover?

We deliver local SEO for businesses in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and the Philippines, with citation lists chosen for each country.

Can you promise top 3 map positions?

No. Google says local results are mainly based on relevance, distance and popularity, and distance from the searcher is outside anyone's control. We commit to the scope of work and report map data honestly.
