SEO Services for Small Business

Clear levels of SEO work for owner-run businesses, from getting found on Google Maps to building the pages and content that bring in steady inquiries. Run by our team in Manila for clients in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Singapore.

Who this is for

  • Service businesses that rely on calls, bookings or quote requests, such as clinics, trades, law and accounting firms
  • Owner-run businesses with one to a few locations and no in-house marketing staff
  • Small online stores that need product and category pages found in search
  • Businesses that tried DIY SEO or a low-cost provider and want a clear, documented plan
  • Agencies and consultants who need a dependable SEO team for their small business clients

Problems we solve

  • ✕Your website exists but rarely shows up when locals search for what you sell
  • ✕Your Google Business Profile is incomplete, inconsistent or losing to nearby competitors
  • ✕Service pages are thin, combined into one page, or missing for key offers
  • ✕You pay for SEO but cannot tell what was done each month or what it produced
  • ✕Technical issues such as slow pages, broken links or indexing errors hold the site back

What is included

Audit and baseline

A technical, content and local audit of your site, plus a record of current clicks, rankings, calls and form leads so every later report has a starting point.

Keyword and page map

Research into what your customers search for, matched to one page per service or product category, with gaps listed in priority order.

Technical fixes

Indexing, speed, mobile, redirects, broken links and structured data. We fix what our access allows and write clear tickets for anything your developer needs to change.

Google Business Profile and local listings

Categories, services, photos, posts and review requests on your profile, and consistent name, address and phone details across key directories.

Service and location pages

New or rewritten pages that explain each service, who it is for, the area served and how to book, written for people first and search second.

Content and links

Articles that answer real customer questions, plus outreach for mentions and links from relevant local and industry sites. No bought links or link networks.

Tracking and monthly report

Search Console, Google Analytics and call or form tracking set up under your ownership, with a plain-language monthly report and a review call.

What you get from it

1

You see exactly what you pay for

Each month lists the work completed, the pages changed and what moved. No mystery tasks.

2

Work in the right order

Small budgets go further when the fixes that block everything else come first. The plan is ranked by impact on inquiries.

3

Local and site SEO together

Your Business Profile and your website support each other, so both are handled by the same team and the same plan.

4

Everything stays in your name

Search Console, Analytics, your profile and all content belong to your business. If you ever leave, you keep the history.

How we work

1

Discovery call

We learn your services, service area, best customers and current marketing, and agree on the result that matters most: calls, bookings, quotes or sales.

2

Audit and proposal

We audit the site and local presence, then propose the level of work that fits your goals and budget, with a written monthly scope.

3

Foundation work

Tracking, technical fixes, profile clean-up and the core service pages come first, because later content depends on them.

4

Monthly growth work

New pages, content, reviews and link outreach on a set monthly cadence, with priorities reviewed on each monthly call.

Pricing

Our published starting point is SEO from USD 800 per month. Every proposal is quoted per scope after the audit, based on the level of work below. Level 1, Local foundation: audit, tracking, technical fixes, Google Business Profile, local citations and up to your core service pages. Level 2, Local growth: everything in Level 1 plus monthly content, location pages, review requests and link outreach. Level 3, Multi-location or online store: everything in Level 2 plus location or product and category pages at scale, deeper technical work and reporting by location or category. Website builds, paid tools and ad spend are itemized separately when needed. Affordable SEO should mean the right amount of work for your site, not less of it, so we scope to what your site needs.

Frequently asked questions

What do SEO services for small business include?

Usually an audit, keyword research, technical fixes, Google Business Profile work, service and location pages, content, link outreach and monthly reporting. The mix depends on your level of work and your goals.

How much do SEO packages for small business cost?

Our published starting point is SEO from USD 800 per month. Each proposal is quoted per scope after an audit, so you pay for the level of work your site needs.

How do I compare SEO companies for small business?

Ask for dated case studies, a sample monthly report, a written scope, how they build links, and who owns the accounts. Be wary of anyone who promises a number one ranking. Google states that no one can guarantee one.

Do I need local SEO or regular SEO?

If customers come to you or you serve a set area, you need both. Your Google Business Profile drives map results, and your website pages support both map and regular results.

Can you work with my existing website?

Yes. We work on WordPress, Shopify and most other platforms. If a rebuild would help, we will say so and quote it separately.

Is there a long lock-in period?

The minimum term and notice period are written into each proposal before you sign, so you can review them up front.
